Resort Guidelines (Updated: 2/10/2024)

Concerns over Covid/health concerns have greatly reduced this year. We have adjusted some policies accordingly. Please note that this may change at any time as needed and you may want to review periodically prior to your stay.

General Information:

• We clean cottages with appropriate cleaner and disinfecting high touch surfaces for your health protectioin.
• In addition to dish soap/sponge we will provide (1) spray bottle with disinfectant cleaner in your cottage. We suggest that you bring any additional sanitizing items like you've been using at home at your discretion. Please bring your own paper products.
• We will NOT be allowing "pot-luck" style meal gatherings in the Main Lodge again this summer.
• Check-in and Check-out times will be as follows: Check-Out 9:30 AM Check-In: 4 PM. ALL registration paperwork must be completed at check-in. Do not enter your cottage without checking in first! Main Lodge will be closed until the 4 pm. check-in time.
  NO early check in's will be allowed. We are a family run business and need the time between check-out and check-in to clean and sanitize for your safety and take care of any other items. Please do not arrive early as all areas of the resort will be closed until check-in time.
• Absolutely NO children will be allowed in the Main Lodge unattended.

What we recommend you do:

• Please bring your own sheets and pillows. (sheet rental is currently suspended)
• Follow all CDC handwashing and other guidelines, the same as you have been doing at home, for your own and other guests protection.
• Bring your own outside activities items; basketball, volleyball, tennis balls & racquets etc. We have some equipment available but it will not be possible for us to sanitize play equipment between usage. Bring your own pool play and float items and remove them from the pool after use. Any items left at the end of the week will be thrown out.
• Do not leave children unattended at any time.
• Eagle Shores takes the health and safety of our guests seriously and we are implementing measures to keep the Common Elements as safe as possible while also reminding guests that ultimately you are responsible for your personal safety. The decision by guests to use Eagle Shores accommodations and all facilities is done so "At Your Own Risk".

Please follow all guidelines posted here and on signage on the property or in your cottage.

Other Information and Resort Policies

ROW BOATS - are not included in your rental - rentals available; 14ft. aluminum; $12/day or $72/wk. Boat and motor rental $200/wk. (gas extra)
FREE BOAT daily usage - we may offer free use of a 14ft boat with some special offer rentals - these are first come first serve, equipment must be removed from boat each night. If you want a private boat you will need to rent a boat at our standard rate.
DEPOSIT - $400 per rental week or $200+ on daily rental depending on number of days. Group rentals may require a larger deposit. Deposits are by check only. Deposits must be received within 5 working days of the date reservation was made or your pending reservation will be released.
CHECK-IN - 4:00pm - 5:30pm (if unable to arrive at that time please contact us)
CHECK-OUT - 9:30am.
BALANCE - Due upon arrival.
CANCELATION POLICY - Deposit refunded when vacancy is filled by a new rental for that rental period. However, no refunds will be given if cancellation occurs within 90 days of rental date. No refunds will be given for early departure. Please allow 30 days to receive a refund for any cancellation.
VISITING DAY GUESTS - Resort facilities are intended for paying guests. You may have visiting day guests subject to Eagle Shores management approval. There is a $10 per person (adults and children) visiting guest charge for the use of Eagle Shores facilities. All visiting day guests must be registered with the front desk.
SWIMMING POOL - Open mid June through late August.
QUIET HOURS are 11pm until 9am, please respect the rights of other guests.
Eagle Shores Firepit usage hours are 6pm till midnight to minimize fire hazard and safety issues.
No open fires are allowed by the cottages. Portable fire pits are not allowed.
Tent camping is not allowed on the property.
Use of motorized bikes, scooters, go carts etc. are not allowed.
Use of any device that shoots a projectile; pellet/bb guns, paintball guns, slingshots, bow and arrow etc. are not allowed.
No pets allowed, including visiting day guests.
